Pua means flower and Hana means time — a name chosen to reflect the care, beauty, and abundance that go into every detail of this experience. PUA HANA is our most detailed, fresh, and alluring package, known for its generous use of flowers and edible florals that elevate both the drinks and the overall atmosphere. With PUA HANA, we deliver Craft Cocktails and Mocktails that are thoughtfully designed to make your celebration feel elevated, seamless, and unforgettable. We specialize in farm-to-cup mixology, creating custom drinks using locally sourced fruits, fresh herbs, house-made syrups, and vibrant edible flowers — nothing store-bought, ever.
Each PUA HANA package includes everything you need for a smooth, stress-free bar experience, from custom menu design and professional bartenders to beautifully styled bar setups that complement your event. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we offer multiple bar options — including our iconic vintage horse trailer bar Auntie Sue, our elegant mahogany bar Mai Coco, or service using an existing bar at your venue or home — allowing us to adapt to almost any location.

Vintage 1972 Horse Trailer Bar
Introducing Auntie Sue, the Vintage Horse Trailer bar was established in 2021 by Danielle, when she decided she was over having her cute farmer’s market stand shut down due to covid and decided to open up something of her own! Getting the Horse Trailer Bar was not easy! Her dream horse trailer bar was in Colorado, and long story short (very short!) she flew there to get it- the catch- it was a scam and it went MIA! 2 weeks in Colorado searching for it, she drove it to California, visited Yosemite which was on her bucket list and shipped it to Hawaii where she remodeled it into a bar. Thanks to Auntie Sue, her company has evolved to become a highly sought-after mobile bartending company with a vintage horse trailer bar in tow.

At Gazoz, we craft vibrant, fizzy drinks inspired by Hawaii’s bounty. Our team harvests fresh herbs, abundance of edible flowers, and seasonal fruits from organic farms across the island. These ingredients, along with our house-made simple syrups and shrubs, come together in sparkling creations we call “Gazoz”—refreshing, fizzy, fruit-forward craft cocktails or mocktails perfect for enjoying year-round in Hawaii. We create classic cocktails and add our Gazoz touch to make sure these cocktails can be enjoyable all day& night and all year around.

To sum it up- we provide EVERYTHING TO MAKE unlimited craft cocktails & mocktails. We do not provide alcohol since we are a dry bar, however we do offer alcohol shopping list tailored to the menu you pick out, shopping and delivery.
