How do we book?
If you haven’t already, fill out the questionnaire on our contact page on our website. We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to save the date.
What type of events do you do on oahu and kauai?
Our mobile bar service on Oahu & Kauai is perfect for all celebrations! Mostly we cater to weddings, however we also do bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby lua’us, graduation parties…and more! Please share with me your celebration :)
What does your trailer require for space?
Our Horse Trailer Bar, ‘Auntie Sue,’ is approximately 13 feet long and 8 feet wide. We require space to tow in our trailer, unhitch it, and drive our car away. Our service window is on the driver's side, so this is important to take into account when parking. If possible, we need a standard outlet to connect cocktail lights.
Do you provide alcohol or serve sodas like Coke, cranberry juice..?
Due to the Hawaii liquor commission, we are not able to provide the alcohol for your event. However, we will send you a shopping list tailored to the menu you pick. We created a questioneer and menu brochure that we send you when booking us or 3 month prior to your event date. What ever you prefer- to understand more about your desired bar flow and other important questions about the menu + extended menu we like to offer.
We do not serve soft drinks. However, If there is a special request, we can accommodate - like POG juice for uncle, or coke zero for auntie.
Does your package include cups, ice and straws?
With our packages, we include white paper straws and biodegradable cups, usually 9 or 12 oz. We encourage you to rent glassware from your catering company or from us for the whole event or for cocktail hour, when everyone is taking those beautiful golden hour pics.
We always keep a backup supply of biodegradable cups in case the glassware runs out. We provide the ice for all cocktails.
How many mixologists will work in your mobile bar?
Depending on the size of your event, we like to have 1 mixologist for every 25–35 guests to ensure the best service. Our staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails, island activities, the farms we work with for our produce, volunteer opportunities with a focus on sustainability, and recommended hidden gem restaurants and bars. We love making delicious craft cocktails and mocktails, and we enjoy a good conversation with our guests!
What is your guest limit?
Our limit is 300 people, and with that many guests, we suggest serving drinks from different stations to prevent crowding at one bar. Our minimum is 30 guests / $750.
Do you provide a water station?
Yes, we provide a water station with cups on a rattan side cart along with our horse trailer bar. Our station is complimentary; please request it if you'd like us to bring it.
How many cocktail do you include?
Our package includes 4 cocktails! :) 1 welcome drink with a botanical simple, two signature cocktails and 1 signature old fashion. + Other amazing free add ons!
What are some farms you work with?
On a regular basis, we work with Kahuamana Farm to source fruit. We also work with Go Farm for flowers and herbs. Additionally, we source from the community and at farmers' markets.
Do you do more than weddings?
Nope! We do all sorts of events. We are happy to serve at any type of private event, such as baby luaus, graduation parties, real estate open houses, corporate parties, baby showers, birthday parties, and more.
What do you wear?
We wear white Gazoz logo shirts and long jeans with closed-toe shoes (it's not obvious in Hawaii!). Alternatively, we can wear black pants if preferred. You can request us to dress differently—we're open to catering to your vibe!
My favorite cocktail isn't on your suggested menu. Can I still have it at my event?
Yes! We’re happy to use your recipe; just make sure to tell us in advance so we have time to gather all the needed supplies. Always fizzy fruity and fresh :) We do make tacky Mai Tai’s ;) So don’t be shy to ask! lol.
